Celebrations

What a weekend!!! This weekend has been slammed with celebrations. I'm so honored to have been a part of each one. Yesterday (Saturday) I kicked off the afternoon with one of my favorite families. My high school friend Erica now has a 1 year old. I can't believe it. I remember sitting in the school parking lot waiting to walk in with Erica and her sister and now I'm buying baby clothes and coming to her daughter's birthday. Wow, I'm starting to feel old. Piper had a precious princess cake and received lots of presents. Unfortunantly, I had to leave the party early and go to a bridal shower for my friend Kathryn.

I met Kathryn about a year ago at a truck pull. I've been dating Stephen one month longer than she had been with her now fiance Bradley. We talked about dating and life and next thing I know a month goes by and she has a rock on her finger. (Not gonna lie-I'm a little envious). Kathryn had the cutest outdoor shower way out in Davie County. After about an hour I had to come back to Davidson County for the man of the hour......Maddox.

This tractor loving boy turned 2 years old. I met him when he was 3 months old, I have had the privlidge of watching him grow up. Now he's walking, talking, running, kissing, loving- and ALL BOY!  Maddox had a tractor themed birthday party which included a tractor ride provided by my John Deere loving boyfriend. It was a cute party but I was exhausted.

After church today I went to one more bridal shower for a high school friend. It's currently 11:17 on a Sunday night and I don't know what to do with myself. I'm trying to chill out and prepare for tomorrow's teacher workday. Overall, it has been a fun weekend. I'm excited for upcoming weddings and I am SO ready for fall weather. :)
